Our Christmas Tea is an annual tradition, on Sunday afternoons in December. Christmas Tea is a wonderful time to pause and enjoy just the pleasure of company, as well as to soak in our rich Christmas décor. Reservations begin in November, and may be requested through e-mail or by telephone.

Special Occasion Afternoon Tea

Just as afternoon tea itself is a social institution, we invite you to celebrate your most treasured gatherings at The Christmas House Inn & Gardens for Special Occasion Afternoon Tea. We welcome bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, women's groups, book clubs, retirement celebration..the ideas are endless.

You may reserve The Christmas House for a private Special Occasion Afternoon Tea, with a minimum of 25 guests. Groups up to 40 can be accommodated inside the house, and up to 60 guests, with seating on the Veranda. Prices begin at $25 per person (plus tax and 18% service charge). Our Afternoon Tea menu consists of finger sandwiches (your choice of 3), freshly baked scones w/Devonshire cream and jam, petite desserts (your choice of 3), and of course, tea. You may customize your menu choices, or you may choose one of our very fun themes for tea, such as:
